The Symbol Advantage team wants to make it easier for you to own a luxury-class home that is affordable now and in the future. Lifelong developer James Conlin explored using houses built in a factory as the basis for designing and building beautiful homes, both on scatter-infill lots or creating fully-developed communities. By securing the homes onto permanent foundations and meeting specific federal guidelines, these factory-built homes compete head-to-head in long-term value and quality with homes built on-site in the traditional manner.
James partnered with Aggie Clark, a Washington-based financial services executive looking for a new impact opportunity. Housing opportunities make great lifestyle and financial impact, so this opportunity seemed like a great fit! Plus, she had decade-old relationships with real estate professionals who were excited to get involved.
While James focuses efforts in Arizona, Aggie is focused on getting the first homes built in Washington, refining its modular home builder techniques on its own properties.
